This is what awaits you as a Business Analyst at IAM with a focus on Service Management (m/w/d) Active control and management of the services or service provided by the provider from a professional perspective with a focus on services in the context of authentication and multi-factor authentication (MFA) Ensuring stable services and their continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness Ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Responsibility for KPI reporting and proactive deduction of measures Communication to critical quality deficiencies to relevant stakeholders Working in the design of processes in the IAM environment and introducing innovative approaches to the automation and optimization of corresponding processes with a focus on data evaluation Working in cross-group projects and ensuring sustainable project success

Business Analyst at IAM with focus on Service Management (m/w/d) Very good or good university degree in (economic) informatics or (economic) mathematics or multiannual practical experience in a comparable environment Relevant professional experience in service management Knowledge of common frameworks (e.g. ITIL) Experience in managing managed services or Providers Embossed affinity for key figures and reports Ability to interpret service levels and KPIs and derive concrete improvement measures Detectable knowledge in various MFA solutions (token-based, biometric, app-based etc.) Analytical thinking, conceptual working and solution- and quality-oriented action German and English knowledge in word and writing Experience in the application of pioneering technologies (artificial intelligence, process mining) to implement sustainable data analyses and data visualizations
