Your mission

Facility Management: You are responsible for the technical support and continuous optimization of our building infrastructure and facility processes Service provider control: You coordinate external partners, suppliers and craft companies and ensure reliable performance Cost management: You support the analysis of facility key figures, support forecasts and investment planning and help to develop sustainable cost optimization measures Technical Projects: You accompany modernization and maintenance measures and ensure that technical specifications meet operational requirements Emergency Management: You support technical disturbances and emergencies and ensure trouble-free building operation Collaboration: You work closely with internal specialist areas such as production, logistics, purchasing, industrialization and the global facility network

Your mindset

Qualification: Complete technical training, ideally in the field of electrical engineering, further training on electro-fac power (or will for further training) Professional experience: First practical experience in facility management, building management, technical building operation or a comparable function Technical understanding: knowledge in the areas of building technology, maintenance, maintenance and energy and supply systems Analytical Strength: You recognize optimisation potentials and work data- and customer-number-based Organizer: You coordinate different stakeholders and keep track of multiple parallel topics Communication strength: Very good knowledge of German and good English for cooperation in an international environment Sustainability Mint Set: Interest in Energy Efficiency, Decarbonisation and Sustainable Building Management
