Intern Recruiting – University Marketing & Active Sourcing (m/f/d)

As an intern (m/w/d) in the field of Talent Acquisition, you can support our TA team especially in higher education marketing and active sourcing. You help us to be visible on the talent market, create candidate:internal pipelines with modern recruiting crafts directly in practice.

You are significantly involved in building our university marketing strategy – from researching suitable partner universities, through contact via email, telephone and video calls, to identifying suitable career fairs. You help organize and prepare recruiting events and university events. You support active-sourcing activities and help identify and address suitable candidates: within different channels (e.g. LinkedIn, university portals). You're planning and updating our candidate:internal database and supporting the screening of applications. You support the team in the evaluation of recruiting key figures and bring your own ideas to the further development of our processes. After successful incorporation and in the event of interest, there is the possibility to conduct interviews yourself and to accompany candidates for our work students positions independently by the application process.

You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (both compulsory and voluntary internships are possible) and are available for 6 months. First experience in recruiting, active sourcing or university marketing (e.g. through internships or work students) is a plus. You want to incorporate yourself into new tools and methods, and you are interested in using AI in recruiting. You are strong in communication, organized and like to work independently as well as in the team. You have a good feeling for people and enjoy getting in touch with different target groups. Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2) complete your profile.
