Trainee Strategic Portfolio Management (gn*)

A tailor-made 15-month trainee program with a focus on Filial Portfolio Management: Practical and adapted to you and your interests to develop you optimally You're going through a variety of store portfolio management teams at Ernsting's family, getting to know the life cycle of a branch, and performing the following tasks: You actively shape our processes in store portfolio management You develop site analyses, define and evaluate the location planning process In a limited time window (approximately six weeks) you will get to know the work of our portfolio managers in the operational business and accompany them in the field service In multi-week deployments, you are going through all teams involved in the life cycle of a branch (e.g. lease contract management, construction design, architecture and technology team) to know the life cycle of our branches at the end of the trainee program

A successfully completed study in the field of BWL, VWL, real estate management/management, (economic) geography or comparable You have gained first experience through internships or a previous training, for example in dealing with analytical, strategic and planning topics in the trade environment, which we develop together during the trainee program You want to continue working on real estate business topics (e.g. location analyses), bringing with you enthusiasm for process and project management and having a high interest in the infilialized retail You like to work independently, bring an open, communicative appearance and a good persuasiveness far away from any elbows with German language skills and English skills desirable
