Team Leader Production - Lean / CIP / 5S (m/f/d)

You work in the production staff, perform and motivate them You guide a production team professionally and organizationally You control and monitor the production lines You ensure the timely production while maintaining quality, costs and delivery dates You process and assemble mechanical and electronic assemblies You analyse disorders and introduce storage measures and You work closely with the production line and support it You implement work, safety and quality requirements You secure and develop quality standards in production You carry out instructions from employees You work with production planning and personnel deployment planning You continuously monitor and optimize processes, processes and production characteristics

You have a completed training as a mechatronic:in or electronics:in, ideally with further training as a technician:in or master:in You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in industrial production You have first experience in the professional leadership of employees or as Deputy:r Team Leader:in You have a very good technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and electronic assemblies You work structured, independent as well as quality and result oriented You have strong communication strength, enforcing and team skills You have a high social competence, are responsible and motivated You have analytical skills for error analysis and process optimization You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, CVP, 5S or similar methods You are safe in handling MS Office and have experience with ERP systems You are flexible, resilient and ready for continuous improvement You have good German skills in word and writing
