Continuous development of the processes established in the Management Office Building and maintenance of the portfolio overview (project status, etc.), as well as building and developing a contemporary reporting system Quality assurance of project applications and status reports Creating regular portfolio reports, as well as preparing, conducting and preparing sessions for the status collection of all projects & programs Coaching of project management with a view to efficient and effective project management Conducting internal project management training Building and developing a methodology for effectively managing programs

You have a successfully completed study of economics, business informatics or comparable training. You have min. 5 years of experience You have experience in project or portfolio management as well as very good knowledge of project management methods (ideally Prince2) and tools. Experience in handling PPM or PM tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI) You have already successfully implemented complex IT and digitalization projects, under your leadership, and bring relevant IT skills with Impressive capacity for structured evaluation of benefits, risks and dependencies Safe in setting up key figures, dashboards and decision documents; It is easy to show you the results and to moderate discussions You have successfully applied elements of change management in your previous career to anchor changes in organizations You convince with your strong communicative, conceptual and organizational skills You convince with your high service and change competence Your strategic-analytical skills, documentation strength and secure written expression complete your profile
