In this role you are the first contact person for our OBI markets and specialist departments. Your task is to ensure safe working in our OBI markets, focusing on East Bavaria and parts of Thuringia and Saxony.

Responsible for consulting colleagues in accordance with the Labour Safety Act in relation to occupational safety and accident prevention Active participation in the creation of risk assessments Support for the implementation of statutory regulations and company guidelines on occupational safety, health and fire protection Support for OBI markets in matters of occupational and fire protection and support for other business departments in specific requests Implementation of training and instruction for employees in the company

A completed training or training as a specialist in occupational safety in accordance with the Labour Safety Act and the DGUV and relevant professional experience in this field Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, technical rules and standards in the field of occupational safety. Experience in implementing these rules in practical work-related instructions and guidelines Ideally completed training for guiding industrial trucks (''Staplerschein''') and experience in handling industrial trucks Ready to travel regularly for business trips and employee training Strengths in communication, teamwork, reliability as well as a professional and binding occurrence
