You are self-responsible and in compliance with the work instructions and authorization regulations all damage to the area of private and commercial KFZ insurance with simple to complex contents. You are the personal contact person for the damages of the customer and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and savings at AXA due to your customer-oriented and competent processing Here you are direct contact (Case-Owner) for our customers. Accessibility also in marginal times You organize together with your team In the processing of damages, you treat phone before mail according to our principles and focus on the customer You negotiate with customers, sales partners:inside, with brokers:inside and with the external service organisation, as well as with network partners and other service providers and craft businesses You work together with your team in the nationwide association of other damage case support teams as well as our teams of damage service management and our external damage service

You have a qualified training in the insurance field and/or very good knowledge of the workflows and systems of application, inventory, performance and damage processing Ideally, you are already bringing forward experiences in KFZ damage processing. However, your team-oriented and cooperative behavior is much more important with a good view over your own working environment and the ability to think from the customer You are targeted, structured, decision-making and telephone affinity You understand how to connect work with the phone and the handling of documents very well Your strengths include empathy and service orientation as well as a simple and understandable discussion in word and writing even in more complex situations Safe handling and parallel operation with our computer systems and the use of all MS Office systems is not a problem for you and you will learn new IT systems with quick and motivated opinion
