Deputy Hotel Manager with a focus on the Rooms Division (m/f/d)

Our hotel is located directly on the lake bridge of St. Peter-Ording in the district of Bad. The sea bridge connects the hotel with the 12 km and 2 km wide sandy beach. We are a 4 ** superior wellness hotel of private hotels Dr. Lohbeck GmbH & Co. KG with 113 rooms and suites, a 1200m2 spa area and a restaurant with bar and conservatory directly on the North Sea.

Type of employment: Full time

Your main tasks include the areas of reservation, Revenue & Rooms. You negotiate contracts, increase the effectiveness in the departments and scale sales and costs. Also the creation of a budget, reporting and analysis are not foreign words for them. You plan actions, maintain the systems and work towards external and internal partners. Their main focus should be on sales and increase in yield. You are also responsible for the consistent implementation of the applicable standards and are contact persons for employees and guests. With your open-mindedness, team spirit and flexibility, you fit perfectly into our team and support the leadership in their tasks. You should not have any fears of contact with guests and master Opera Cloud as much as possible. All contracts of the OTAs and RVs are maintained and integrated into the systems.

As a competent specialist m/w/d for the areas Front Office, Reservation & Revenue and as contact persons of our holiday and conference guests, You have completed training as a hotel specialist m/w/d, study or long-term professional practice as well as good German and English skills. ( German is absolutely necessary) A secure handling of a PMS such as Oracle Cloud, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point etc. are essential. You may also have experiences with One Page Booking from HNS.
