Architect Project Management - LPH 1-5 / Draft Planning (m/f/d)

You take the overall planning responsibility for our architecture projects from the first idea to the execution planning (LPH 1-5) and control your project team. You develop and develop future-oriented, economic building concepts, especially for demanding projects in the fields of health, education and life sciences. As a central contact person, you advise our customers competently and authentically – from first contact to presentation of designs to final handover. You implement your design ideas and technical solutions precisely and work with CAD software like Nemetschek Allplan every day and introduce your BIM experience.

You bring well-founded professional experience to HOAI in the performance stages 1-5. You think entrepreneurship, like to take over the overall planning responsibility and work in a team based on results. You delight in sophisticated architecture and combine creative skills with a secure knowledge in implementation. In customer contact, you can convince by communication and presentation strength as well as an authentic appearance. You are versed in handling CAD software, ideally Nemetschek Allplan, and advantageously have first experiences with BIM. You communicate in German in a safe manner and a building template permission is desirable.
