Ensuring the best possible care and psychosocial care for the inhabitants Coordination of procedures in the residential areas Ensuring the greatest possible work satisfaction of the employees in the care sector while maintaining economic management Participation in the further development of concepts and quality standards Qualification of employees for their tasks Cooperation with and representation of interests of the nursing area with overarching bodies Promoting the preservation and recovery of the as independent as possible life management of the inhabitants: taking into account their individual life situation and biography Cooperation in the development and implementation of processes and methods for quality assurance

Qualification as a three-year-old examinated caregiver / senior caregiver or other equivalent recognised professional qualification completed or commenced studies in a recognised nursing course (bachelor level) or at least completed further training for senior nursing staff or the binding willingness to complete this Regular participation in compulsory training events Respectful and patient handling of people and colleagues in need of care Safe and competent occurrence in dealing with residents, residents, employees and other professional groups Ready to implement a holistic and room-oriented care concept General PC identifiers (MS-Office, specialist user programs) Embossed team skills, high motivation and strong commitment complete your profile
