Together we continue to expand our new fully automated 300 mm semiconductor production in Dresden. As an expert wafer test engineering, in close coordination with the requirements of the project teams, you introduce and maintain the parameters and product test methods for ASIC and MEMS technologies at wafer level. You make a significant contribution to the definition of the test strategy by selecting hardware and software for the requirements of the respective technologies and products. In addition, you define new test structures and test methods and develop them further. Together with the respective specialist departments, you carry out independent troubleshoots regarding the cause in technology, design or the test conditions and develop solution suggestions . You support series production in projects for test time shortenings as well as in complex questions about test programs, yields and test hardware.

Training: successfully completed technical university studies in the field of electrical engineering, information technology, physics or comparable discipline experience and know-how: long-term experience in PCM or wafer testing or characterization of semiconductor components; good knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology, basic understanding of current ASIC and MEMS technologies, a very good understanding of the test programming and the test contents as well as statistical analysis methods, affinity for work in demanding IT & automation environments, ideally basic programming knowledge in a script language, e.g. python and experience in C/C++ Personality: team-capable, durable, strong communication Working methods: very good organizational and problem-solving capacity and strong quality awareness Enthusiasm: Making complexity manageable by using new technologies and developments Languages: good German and English skills
