We are looking for our Execution Management team in Gelsenkirchen! In the area of the Oberpfälzer Braunkohlerevier, brown coal was promoted in the open pit for over seven decades until 1982. Near the municipality of Wackersdorf there were two Reviere. Uniper Kraftwerke GmbH has the task of examining the consequences of mining in the Wackersdorf region, carrying out final tasks and creating the technical and legal requirements for all future uses. In the former brown coal mining district, Uniper operates the Wackersdorf site and carries out the project "Oberpfälzer Seenland" (OSL). The project area includes the mining-affected areas of the former underground mines Rauberweiher (today: Nordrevier) and Wackersdorf (today: Südrevier). The final tasks include environmental research and education in mining succession landscapes focusing on ground and groundwater, water management, nature conservation and mining recultivation.

• Control of all technical planning, external expert opinions and ensuring the entire delivery

• Coordination of engineering activities, control of the approval process and coordination with authorities

• Functional management of specialist project managers as well as control of external planners, experts and stakeholders

• Development of technical specifications, negotiation with contractors and support of purchasing

• Review of contracts, support for purchasing and ensuring contractual compliance

• Examination and approval of technical documents, control of technical changes and end and transfer documentation

• Project team collaboration with digital tools, video conferencing and presence meetings

• Complete university studies in environmental/construction engineering, geology or mining

• Additional training in the field of project management

• At least 5 years of professional experience in managing comparable projects, ideally with expertise in water management, geology, mining or land remediation

• Proven leadership experience in controlling larger teams

• Very good communication skills and strong team orientation

• Strong sense of responsibility, quality and safety as well as high HSSE competence

• Structured working, quick understanding and good self-organisation

• Secure handling of MS Office and high affinity for digital tools

• High readiness and flexible mobility
