Service Inhouse Specialist (x|w|m)

We are looking for a Service Inhouse Specialist (x|w|m) until 30.09.2027. In this role, you are the first contact person for our customers in the technical service Lab Products & Services and the interface to our sales and service employees.

The team consists of ten employees and is looking forward to shaping the future with you. The job is possible in part-time or full-time and takes place on site at Siekanger in Göttingen.

Secure a smooth first-level support as a central point of contact for customer requests in technical service Editing inquiries from supply and invoice clarification to the independent clarification of incomplete processes

Creating offers including performance of price calculations and responsibility for matching discount design

Control and track service order processing in SAP to ensure efficient processes

Maintenance and updating of master data, conditions and maintenance and service contracts

Creating invoices, credits and internal further charges to ensure correct accounting

Participation in national and international service projects and active advancement of process optimizations to continuously improve service quality

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an industrial merchant (x|w|m) or businesswoman for office communication (x|w|m)

Experience in offering and in order processing

Secure handling of MS Office as well as basic understanding of ERP systems, ideally experience with SAP

Impressed customer orientation and high service understanding in cooperation with internal and external contacts

Sovereign appearance and strength of conviction in handling customers

Self-employed, structured and independent working with high flexibility

German and English skills
