We're looking for you as soon as possible Leading MTR (w/m/d) for radiotherapy in full or part-time (min. 30 hours / week)

As a leading MTR, you are the heart and strategic hub of our department. Your task is to maximize your team's power and perfect the complex processes. You are the captain: your team's expert and disciplinary leadership – a crew of colleagues who have long been working together with confidence. The mastermind of the processes: You develop and implement optimized processes so that our therapy time is 100% accurate and efficient. The Accelerator: You put the service and deployment plans on your head – smart, fair and forward-looking. Strategic partner: In close, transparent exchange with the chief physician and the medical physics experts, you shape the strategic orientation and integrierst new technologies. You are the professional at the devices: you monitor and ensure the highest quality in all modern irradiation techniques. You guarantee that our technological power – from the afterloaders to the Philips Big Bore CT – is optimally used.

You're MTR with heart and brain. Ideally you bring experience in employee leadership or inner conviction to want to rock this role You are not only able to team, but you actively shape the team spirit. You are a communication-strong leader who lives the close, interdisciplinary exchange. Experience with the specific HDR-Brachytherapy systems would be a plus point, but no requirement. We'll make you fit!
