As part of the development and operation of the Research & Testing Laboratory and the Fraunhofer Project Office, you work closely with the project management, focusing on the day-to-day business and providing deep insights into strategic and programmatic activities through close cooperation. In this context, You support all administrative, organisational, technical and strategic concerns and are the contact person for all stakeholders of the project management. You undertake project management for specific topics, prepare decision bases, presentations and presentation drafts and coordinate appointments, meetings and business trips. You document and manage confidential documents and the correspondence of the project management and ensure their careful care and storage.

Successfully completed academic studies (Diplom or Master) in one of the MINT subjects, the Business Administration (e.g. focusing on innovation management or business informatics) or in human, social or human sciences with a socio-technical focus Promotion desired Outstanding achievements and multi-year, well-founded experience in the management of applied research, in the development and technology and knowledge transfer at universities, in non-university research or in industry and business Excellent German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Last but not least, you are characterized by analytical thinking, a high level of problem-solving competence, a precise way of working, resilience, predictive thinking and value-based action and the willingness to participate in regular service trips.
