Team Assistant (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Supporting the team in administrative and organizational matters • Date and travel management for the team • Coordination of meetings, conferences and events • Creation of presentations, protocols and documentation • General office organization and communication • Interface to internal and external contacts • support in preparing reports and analyses

Your qualifications: • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification • First professional experience desirable for assistance • Safe handling of MS Office applications • organisational skills, communication strength and team skills • Self-employed, structured and reliable operation • Good knowledge of German in word and writing
