Your area of responsibility includes: Production planner (20%)

Cooperation in development and product expansion projects of support systems in medical technologyIndustrialization of products and definition of the desired production processDeveloping and changing work and testing plans and SAP variant configurators Design for ManufacturingReview of technical concepts in the early production phaseCooperation in cost calculation and the achievement of target costsValue flow orientations Design and optimization of jobs and processes, taking into account work-scientific, manufacturing and business insights as well as internal management manualsPlanting, testing and implementation of new production concepts and manufacturing processesExecutive and implementation of rationalization measures

CNC programming (80%)

Creating and optimizing CNC programs for the areas of turning and milling taking into account the machine and tool and setup strategy incl. the definition and procurement of the necessary semi-finished products, tools and equipmentDeveloping of set-up sheets and setup conceptsDeveloping of change data sheetsCoordination for the introduction of new articles on CNC machines incl. EMPB control and corresponding Tolerance Analyses Conduct ProgrambackupsPromoting and Optimizing Programs, Machines and Tools through Improvement Measures, Projects and InvestmentInvestition Projects to Renew CNC Machine Park

They have:

State Technicians (m/w/d), REFA technicians (m/w/d) or completed techn. High- or specialist high-school studies in the field of economic engineering / mechanical engineering / manufacturing technology or a comparable qualification acquired in practice Multi-year (>3 years) professional experience desirable English according to CEF-Level B1.2 Advanced SAP, and MS Office knowledge requiredExperiences in the design and optimization of series manufacturing skills
