technical advice and active cooperation in concepts and strategy projects around Microsoft 365 Conception, design and development of M365 architectures (e.g. Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams) Development of architectural blueprints and reference models for modern workplace and collaboration solutions Ensuring an integrated and consistent M365 system landscape including interfaces to third-party systems and on-premises environments Implementation and further development of governance, compliance and security concepts in the M365 environment Conception of highly available, secure and scalable cloud architectures Assessment of new Microsoft technologies and features in terms of their benefits, maturity and strategic relevance Implementation of architectural and design reviews and support for projects in the implementation phase Creation of technical concepts, documentation and decision templates Planning and implementation of Proof of Concept (PoC) and presentation of results before stakeholders (m/w/d) (m/w/d) and service providers (m/w/d)

completed studies of computer science, business information technology or comparable training sound IT knowledge focusing on Microsoft technologies and M365 relevant experience in the design and implementation of M365 or cloud architectures good knowledge in areas such as Identity & Access Management, Security & Compliance, Collaboration and Modern Workplace Experience in defining and implementing governance structures, best practices and architectural principles ideally experience in regulated environments and knowledge of relevant rules (e.g. ISO, BAIT, VAIT, DORA) good understanding of interfaces, integration scenarios and hybrid architectures Knowledge of common methods and tools (e.g. ITIL, Agile/Scrum) of advantage systematic, structured and independent working and analytical and conceptual understanding Communication skills as well as good team and stakeholders competence
