This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient business transitions, seamless implementation of processes, and empowering stakeholders across the organization to achieve process excellence. As a senior business process manager, you build and lead a BPM Center of Excellence (CoE) to provide training, tools as well as support for BPM practitioners.
