In order to strengthen our Purchasing Division, we would like to place the following position in the area of commercial services at the next possible time as part of a full-time employment (Ø 39 hours per week): Projektmanager (m/w/divers)

WISTA.Service GmbH is a subsidiary of WISTA Management GmbH and is responsible for commercial, technical and infrastructural management for the management of buildings and land at the premises of the Science and Technology Park Berlin Adlershof and at other locations in Berlin. In addition, we also offer our services to other companies and facilities focusing on Adlershof. Currently we employ approx. 110 employees and train in different areas. Place of work: The work is carried out as required in all objects in Berlin which we supervise, but usually in Adlershof.

Technical management and further development of the department and its employees strategic and operational responsibility for planning, coordination, execution of purchasing activities (also connected) in accordance with national and EU-wide regulations in procurement law Implementation of tender procedures taking into account current procurement laws (including VOB, VOL, UVGO, VgV) Optimization of purchasing processes and support in strategy development with regard to the identification of savings potentials Leading contract and price negotiations, conclusion of maintenance and framework contracts, HOAI contracts, service contracts Creation of forecasts, evaluations and reports for the management of commercial services.

successfully completed commercial or technical studies or comparable knowledge and experience well-founded knowledge in national and pan-European procurement law and application-proof knowledge in the field of public procurement multiannual professional experience in the implementation of national and/or EU-wide procurement procedures, especially in public procurement Experience in the professional management, control or coordination of teams and complex tasks Knowledge in handling electronic documentation and award platforms desirable team-oriented and communicative personality, negotiating strength structured, target-oriented, analytical method, pronounced cost awareness.
