Specialist site manager / senior fitter - assembly / metal construction (m/f/d)

You run independently assembly projects in metal and steel construction and lead a team of three to eight people on site You control the scheduling and the workflows on the construction site and ensure the complete availability of materials and tools You monitor the progress of construction on the basis of assembly plans as well as design drawings and also actively pack on during assembly work You act as a central interface between construction site, production and construction to ensure smooth flow of information and material You are responsible for the clean documentation by building site reports and measures to ensure quality standards

You have a completed technical training or a master/technical degree in metal construction, steel construction or comparable You have at least two years of professional experience in the assembly line in the metal or Steel construction You have a well-founded knowledge of the current processing guidelines according to the state of the art and are safe to handle assembly plans, design drawings and piece lists You have experience in coordinating and managing assembly teams and contractors and the ability to schedule dates You are safe in the handling of construction site reports and dimensions and possess enforcement capability as well as pronounced leadership and communication skills You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, have a high sense of responsibility and quality standards, are resilient and flexible in the building site everyday You have a class B driving licence, are ready for travel and assembly and have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing

An attractive salary package between 45,000 € and 60,000 € gross per year, depending on the qualification and experience.
