Production Controller - Plant Controlling / BI (m/f/d)

You continuously develop and modernise control tools, reporting processes and KPI systems, for example by expanding BI tools and automated data queries You work closely with the fields of production, operational excellence, supply chain management and finance to create a transparent, harmonised data and cost base You actively identify efficiency and cost reduction potentials in the production environment and support and follow the appropriate optimization measures You continuously monitor the development of production costs, including post-calculations, and maintain and optimize product calculations You work in the production of monthly and annual accounts, forecasts, budget planning and well-founded deviation analyses with You create ad hoc analyses and decision templates for management and work with strategic special projects

You have successfully completed their studies, e.g. in the field of economic engineering or business management. Ideally you bring at least two years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the production environment. You have a high IT affinity and are safe in handling MS Office (in Excel), Power BI and Power Query. Experience in data modeling and knowledge in SAP (e.g. R/3 or S/4HANA) are a clear plus. With your analytical and proactive way, you will be happy to look over the plate rim to optimize processes and find new solutions. You communicate safely in German and bring good knowledge of English.
