Our dental care center DEIN DENTAL Medentes is located in northern Berlin and has been offering the entire spectrum of dental medicine under one roof for 25 years. In our state-of-the-art dental practice, we are set up according to the state of the art and work with the latest devices and methods. In order to meet our quality standards for our patients, we continuously modernise our practical equipment. Our warm team is now looking for SIE as a receptionist (m/w/d). Care: Whether by phone or personal – you are the first respondent for patients and represent our practice. Organisatoin: View the treatment calendar, assign appointments and coordinate the practice processes. Order: You accept the ordering system for reception and administration. Administration: The acquisition of diverse administrative activities within the framework of everyday practice completes your area of responsibility.

We wish: Experience & qualification: You have completed training as ZFA / ZMF / ZMV (m/w/d) and have already gained 1-2 years of professional experience. Ideally, you are familiar with the processes at the reception or bring the willingness to work quickly. Personality: You place great emphasis on service-oriented patient care, communicate clear and friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere at reception. Structure & team spirit: A well-organized everyday practice is important to you, you work forward-looking and reliable – together with the team you ensure a smooth process. Passion: You have fun at your work, are motivated to learn new things, and bring a pronounced organizational skill.
