Technical management of complex testing and validation projects in the fields of operational strength, E‐Labor or Fluid Systems First contact person for technical questions in the project and coordination of internal and external interfaces (e.g. project management, laboratory management, customers, suppliers) Result Responsibility for defined test and test volumes in terms of time, cost and quality Support in the professional development of employees (e.g. incorporation, coaching, know-how transfer) Responsible planning, control and implementation of test and test projects over all phases: requirement analysis, test concept, implementation, evaluation, reporting Self-organization and execution of (part-)projects including Priority of test resources Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, quality standards and accreditation requirements (e.g. ISO/IEC 17025)

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in testing or testing laboratory Finded knowledge in at least one of the areas: Operational strength, E-Testing or Fluid Systems Experience in the independent handling of technical projects Embossed organisational and structuring capability High communication and team capability as well as safe occurrence to customers and internal interfaces Very good German knowledge (at least C1) as well as good English knowledge in word and writing Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working Willingness to professional leadership without disciplinary responsibility Secure handling of MS Office as well as test and measurement data-specific software
