From the end of April to the end of September, our agriculture blossoms in the truest sense. Not only our strawberries become more daily, but also the number of strawberry buyers, drivers and pickers grow daily. We are looking forward to your active support in our staff team around Ulrike Dahl. We are looking for a passionate personnel manager/service planner, who with and intellect design the service plan for “his” approx. 250 sellers and sellers take over at about 50 sales stands. Your mission:

1. Satisfied sellers & sellers and a complete service plan.
2. You make sure everything goes smoothly – because with us everything is about the sweetest fruits of life.

The schedule design for around 50 strawberry sales stands with approx. 250 strawberry sellers is your essential task that has the highest priority. With the help of our in-house personnel deployment planning, you ensure that the sales levels are optimally occupied throughout the entire opening hours. In case of illness reports or unexpected outages, you can show yourself flexibly and ingeniously to close gaps in the service plan quickly and efficiently. The most important thing: satisfied sellers & sellers Your employment Everyone is welcome. From independent entrepreneurs, professional starters to cross-release or students. Onboarding & Communication You will ensure a smooth onboarding process for your strawberry sellers. As the first contact person, you always have an open ear and take care of all concerns reliably. You keep your strawberry sellers up to date with up-to-date information and explain how reward-relevant documents or employment models are clear and understandable.
