We are looking for you for the City Combating of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay.

The Department of Trade Tax and Taxes is responsible for determining the trade, dog and pleasure tax. The basis for the establishment of trade tax is, as a rule, the measurement or dismantling decision issued by the financial authorities. Decisions relating to wounds, suspensions and events are also taken in this area.

A job that enthuses you

• one of your tasks is the processing of complaints, rallies, executions and receipts in the field of commercial tax of natural persons and private companies with management in Stuttgart
• the examination of trade tax decisions and notices of dismantling as well as the processing of opposition are also part of your duties
• They shall act in the setting of trade tax amounts (§ 21(3) FVG) and in the determination of the tax bases for fixing advance payments and for other purposes with
• the establishment of interest rates, suspension, repatriation and process, and the assertion of claims in the case of total debtorship shall be your area of responsibility
• You are responsible for the remedial examination in case of remedies and the preparation of objections, as well as the collection and calculation of the budget and statistical purposes

Your profile that suits us

• a completed study Bachelor of Arts Public Management or Diploma administrator or a comparable degree or qualification in the field of higher tax or financial management
• may also apply to senior non-technical administrative services or Administrative specialist (e.g. employee training II) with multiannual professional experience
• are of advantage in general administrative and municipal tax law
• ideally professional experience in public administration
• safe handling of MS-Office and the best possible knowledge of EDV applications SAP, KM-V and KM-EWO
• good expression in word and writing in the German language, self-initiative and negotiation skills
