Team Assistant (m/d) As an assistance/team assistance (w/m/d) in full time, you are well off with our customer, an international trading company based in the city centre of Hamburg.

Tasks

• Administrative and organisational support of colleagues in daily business
• Planning business trips
• Coordination of appointments, meetings & workshops and occasional protocol management
• Creation of project documents, PowerPoint presentations and reports
• Representation of other assistants in the team

Requirements profile

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in assistance or comparable activity
• Very good German and English skills
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Organizational talent and communication strength
