Establishment and development of central damage management within the enterprise group Development, standardization and optimization of damage processes, structures and escalation paths Analysis of existing processes and development of KPI and reporting structures Control of complex damages including coordination with insurance companies, service providers and external partners Construction and maintenance of a network of handicraft companies, experts and service providers Participation in the digitization and further development of damage processes Close cooperation with property management, technology and internal intersections Building a central compensation coordination to relieve property managers

Possible experience in damage management, technical property management or insurance environment Experience in building or optimizing processes and organizational structures Knowledge of damage and insurance processes and building technology Experience in controlling external service providers and complex processes Safe handling of KPI, reporting and process control Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Communication strength, feasibility and high self-responsibility Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking
