Our client is a modern, prestigious, owner-managed engineering office for TGA with around 100 employees and diverse project focus. Project management in the large project: Your entry takes place directly in a high-calibre large-scale project in Wiesbaden (from performance phase 3, an office building with approx. 22,000 m2 of working area in the high-security area) Special Excellence: You control the planning and implementation of demanding HLS projects and are fully involved in TGA Leadership & Development: You take over the coordination of project teams and grow into the leadership in a structured manner in order to succeed the current office management in the coming years (key role in the company) Interface competency: You are competent contact persons for contractors, architects and authorities

Successfully completed master's degree in the field of supply technology or electrical engineering, technical building equipment, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable discipline At least 5 years of well-founded experience in HLS expert planning and the management of TGA projects Security check: As you work on sensitive high-security projects, a penalty-free Vita as well as the readiness/compliance for a safety check of the SÜ2 stage is a mandatory requirement. Mindset: You are ambitious, assertive, communicative and bring the entrepreneurial thinking that is necessary for a future office management
