It offers a versatile and practical area of work: Development and development of modern software systems to support teaching, research and administration Operation, monitoring and maintenance of software services and Linux servers Conception and development of innovative systems for teaching and research, e.g. with flat forms such as ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi or comparable technologies User management for employees and students in IT systems Technical support and development of websites

You bring both technical know-how and enthusiasm for software and systems: Successfully completed university studies (at least undergraduate level) in the field of computer science or comparable qualification Experience in operation and administration of Linux servers Ideally knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose or similar virtualization technologies Practical experience in software development with Java Knowledge of Python and/or Shell Scripting Safe handling of git and version control Very good language skills in German and English (at least level C1)
