Job ID: 2926755 | Amazon FC Graben GmbH - C24 Key job responsibilities You will manage key aspects: human resources management, key figures, productivity goals and process improvements. Your duties include:

• Management of occupational safety and employee satisfaction at your location, including monitoring the well-being and productivity of employees

• Proactive cooperation in health & safety projects at all operating locations

• review and auditing of health and safety precautions and continuous improvement of these precautions, where appropriate

• Planning and strategy development to reduce risks, e.g. by recommending appropriate adjustments to machines and processes

• Ensure robust reporting systems for health and safety statistics

• Provide information and statistics for management in your area of responsibility

• Supporting business changes through effective change management processes in the context of the fast-paced environment

• Implementation of safety culture programmes in a large, complex multilayer operation

• Implementation and review of Amazon's global security policies, ensuring that local legal requirements are met. QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in accordance with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF)

• Certification as a “work safety specialist”

• Understanding German Environmental and Industrial Protection Acts

• Advanced German and English skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Lean, 5S or Kaizen methods

• ability to plan or manage environmental initiatives
