Consulting and support in the introduction and operation of SAP SuccessFactors modules Cooperation in the acceptance of technical requirements, creation of specialist concepts, support in acceptance tests, roll-outs and production of change requests Analysis, development, conception of integration scenarios between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM using the Business Integration Builder (BIB) Technical and professional support in data migration, configuration, data mapping and data transformation Participation in IT security and data protection concepts Monitoring and troubleshooting Creation of user documentation and implementation of training Support for release changes Cooperation with stakeholders to ensure smooth interface processes Coordination of service providers and internal coordination Participation in IT projects and IT actions

Successfully completed economic or IT studies or comparable At least six years of practical experience in SAP consulting and knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors & BIB and in the personal processes Experience in agile environment of advantage Certifications in the SuccesFactors modules as well as ITIL Foundation from V3 desirable Reliability, strong team orientation, and communication skills German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
