Your tasks Project management and management of internal customer service teams

Interface between client and team members and management

Ensuring quality objectives and the predefined success rates

Further development of projects to improve customer satisfaction and customer retention, among others through digitalization measures

Preparatory budget planning for the allocated projects

You are fluent German knowledge in word and writing, ideally good English knowledge

multi-year professional experience in customer service and ideally first leadership experiences

Experience with call center processes and systems, among others telephone systems, CRM systems desirable

technical affinity, especially in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
