SAP-Expert HR / Application Manager (m/w/d)

The personnel systems to be supervised include, inter alia, the fields of personnel administration, work time recording, payroll accounting, recruiting, personnel development. The SAP Personal Management Module SuccessFactors is currently being introduced and will present the HR core platform with a focus on personnel billing.

Professional and technical responsibility from central IT solutions with SAP Successfactors and focus on SAP Payroll across the entire life cycle from introduction to renewal Support of the project team in the introduction of SAP Successfactors modules and future IT projects on HR applications Customizing, user management and master data management of SAP SucessFactors modules as well as their monitoring, update and troubleshooting Change and Release Management, Test Management Categorisation, assessment and prioritization of requirements, technical specifications Responsible for a current and appropriate operational documentation Ensuring high user satisfaction Identification of potentials and weaknesses in processes and systems Know-how transfer to key users and users Monitoring of external partners and service providers

Study with a focus on IT or human resources management or comparable knowledge through multiannual professional practice Experiences with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, EC Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development) or other HR tools Very good knowledge of personal business topics, deep knowledge of personal account desirable Ability to adjust to different conversation partners Secure verbal and written communication skills in German and English
