The privately owned building industry and construction (EGH) plans, operates, develops and manages the urban buildings of the city of Oldenburg. As a municipal service provider, the EGH ensures that all urban facilities – including schools, day care facilities, sports, culture, fire and administration buildings – are supplied with appropriate rooms and building-related services. The EGH is undergoing a change: resource-saving, efficient and demand-oriented building management should be an integral part of our quality standards. Service organization, personnel management and sustainable processes are thought-out and professionally implemented. The EGH develops as an active designer of modern municipal building management. Our site in the “Alten Fleiwa”, a historical industrial area in Oldenburg with listed architecture, is a symbol of our ambition: to evaluate, develop and transform existing and future-oriented. For the strategic and operational management of the “Hausmeisterdienst und Reinigungsmanagement” section in the “Infrastructural Building Management” section, we are looking for an experienced management personality that combines service quality, efficient processes and personnel management at a high level and develops urban services responsibly. Strategic and operational management of the “Hausmeisterdienst und Reinigungsmanagement” area Development and active design of quality standards, new processes and organisational structures Responsibility for quality assurance and continuous development of services taking into account modern technologies Development of concepts, basis of decision and templates for management of operations and departments and, where appropriate, for bodies Confidential cooperation with urban organizational units, school lines, other building users and staff representatives Implementation of central personnel management tasks such as annual discussions, personnel development, working time arrangements, training planning, service meetings Ensuring occupational and health protection, including risk assessments and instruction

Formal conditions completed studies of administrative sciences, facility management or a comparable field of expertise; or Qualification for the category 2/first entry office of the General Services department; or successful administrative audit II Specialist /// Personal /// Social competences leadership experience – ideally in a personal-intensive service environment such as building management, cleaning, municipal organization desirable: Embossed leadership competence: You motivate, develop and structure large, heterogeneous teams and also perform clear and binding in challenging situations High organizational and strategic competence with the ability to analyze, restructure and optimize processes in a sustainable manner A sense of decision, sense of responsibility and a sovereign appearance – even in critical conversations
