Project Manager Plant Integration (m/f/d)

Control and coordination of multi-site projects between the German headquarters and the international production site Central interface function between production, procurement, quality, engineering and supply chain and logistics Harmonisation and further development of processes, standards and procedures across multiple sites Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in terms of productivity, quality and efficiency Application of modern methods in the fields of KPI management and lean management for sustainable process improvement Support and coordination of investment and optimization projects (OPEX/CAPEX) Ensuring structured communication and a successful cooperation of all the departments involved

Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification in the technical or business environment Multiannual experience in project management of a producing company, ideally in the food industry Understanding production processes and adjacent areas such as supply chain, quality or engineering Embossed organisational and communication skills and a structured working method Experience in cooperation with international teams and different cultures High readiness for travel with regular stays at the production site in Romania Very good knowledge of German and English, Romanian knowledge is advantageous
