Our primary goal is to enable people with health impairments (again) to participate in professional and social life. For our branch in Grünstadt we are looking to support our team in part time from 15 hours Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for individual support for the professional integration process of rehabilitation students. The focus is on working with people with psychological restrictions.

Psychosocial support, coaching and application training Promoting key qualifications and controlling the development and integration process Takeover of teaching activities Acquisition of internships Project-related cooperation with cost providers and other cooperation partners

You have a corresponding degree with diploma or master in psychology or social education Ideally you have experience in professional rehabilitation/integration or comparable experience in work with rehabilitation students Interest in interdisciplinary work and professional integration It draws you a resource- and solution-oriented attitude as well as a structured and self-organized way of working Team-oriented work and a pronounced social competence
