Are you inspiring for ecological and sustainable building? Then advise our customers: inside and certify the most sustainable concepts for existing and new building buildings. Become an expert (w/m/d) in the area of ESG/Green Building and pioneering buildings. Project management and implementation of ESG/Green Building Certifications (example: DGNB, LEED, BREEAM, WELL, BNB) Creating Life Cycle Cost Calculations (LCC) Advice on sustainability concepts Conducting pre-assessments and certifications Conducting evidence according to certification criteria Strengthening and expanding our team around the ESG/building certification Further focuses can be on eco balance sheets (LCA) and material consulting as well as the creation of climate plans

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, energy management, climate engineering / design, economic engineering, civil engineering, real estate management or comparable qualification First experience (or as a senior consultant also likes several years) accompanied by building certification projects and passion for sustainability certification Good MS Office knowledge as well as good English knowledge in word and writing Basic knowledge of energy legislation, funding, market trends Motivation to actively introduce yourself and his ideas into the team and to take over perspective leadership responsibility Consultation on sustainable building, taking into account EU-Taxonomy and ESG criteria Strong analytical thinking in combination with number affinity and safe occurrence with consulting competence Responsible work and team spirit
