You take over the management of our Technical Documentation and Operational Planning Department within the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). This means that you contribute significantly to the production and maintenance of military deployment and supply (HdE/HVR) for our customers. They control a team of around 25 professionals and are responsible for the operational and strategic development of the department. The special focus of your activity: Strategic leadership & optimization: They design the long-term goals of your department and develop processes as well as interfaces. Cooperation & Training Concept: They work closely with two of our sister companies and establish a common training concept. Digitalization & Optimization: Together with our partners, you continuously improve the delivery products, tools and processes. Professional & personal development: They continuously promote the strengths of your team and your own development.

Complete technical studies or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the marine or logistical environment of marine projects Proven leadership skills, communication strength and design will knowledge of the international specification for the production of technical documentation S1000D; Knowledge of spare parts management and Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) are desirable Standing for national missions (approx. 10%)
