Your mission: Today you are working on solutions for your customers, tomorrow it may be human solutions. Our medium-sized customers are looking for suitable specialist and executives in fixed positions. We find the solutions - so find people who want to develop for companies who want to develop. The basic requirement is to create a passion really good connections. You will already find a first insight into your future task in this call. However, we believe that an open conversation cannot be replaced by an ad. Therefore, we will be happy to give you a transparent look behind the “HAPEKO-Kulissen” during a first conversation.

As a personal advisor:in you advise and support regional companies mainly in Saxony in the occupation of vacancies and leadership positions in permanent employment You play our diverse marketing tools to generate independent leads and win new clients for you From the outset, you build your own client base, which you enter independently and fully In the operational day-to-day business, the focus of your activity lies in the implementation of holistic recruiting processes – from the creation of the request profile, the search for staff and selection, to the successful occupation You use different networks and channels to actively address candidates and to inspire them from your positions to be occupied As part of the personnel selection, you use both classic interviews and other acquisition diagnostic procedures to make a well-founded selection of candidates

You should already bring practical professional experience from sales (service, project or complex product distribution) or project management With decision-makers at C-level, you communicate confidently and manage to inspire contact persons from you and HAPEKO You always keep a cool head – even if several themes stand simultaneously and under time pressure We are also important at the personal level with a strong self-initiative as well as real performance orientation: where necessary, go the extra mile and stumbling stones so easily do not get away from your path Last but not least, you're a sympathetic and contagious positive team player you can rely on
