Syntegon Technology GmbH in Crailsheim is a company of the Syntegon Group and develops and produces high-quality and individual solutions for the sterile filling of liquid and powdered pharmaceuticals in Crailsheim. As a technical editor/specialist (m/w/d) for design documents, you will design functional specifications in German and English, define and describe new content, specify functions of packaging machines, tune dates and contents with customers and departments, check the quality of design documents and take over the subproject management: You will start functional specifications (FS) in cooperation with the relevant specialist areas in order to implement customer requirements into internal realisation possibilities. You define and describe new content. The preparation can be carried out in both German and English. In addition, you research, write and specify the functions of our packaging machines with an increased ETO share and determine the functions with the specialist department. The coordination of appointments and content with customers, service providers and the relevant departments is one of your tasks. In addition, you will review and safeguard the quality of our design documents (e.g. through plausibility checks against VFF, interface lists, customer order, URS etc.) as well as the collection and creation of required information from specialist areas and IT systems. You are a contact person for the customer and discuss, explain and evaluate with this extensive functionality. Furthermore, the subproject management takes over the area of documentation for medium and complex projects. Finally, you are in close contact with specialist areas, customers and other follow-up structures (e.g. construction, production, assembly, qualification).

We require a successfully completed technical study. You can have several years of experience in automation in pharmaceutical production. In addition, you have good expertise in automation, preferably from pharmaceutical specialty machinery construction. In addition, you have good knowledge in MS-Office and Adobe Acrobat as well as knowledge in the editorial system Scheme ST4. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are absolutely necessary. In addition, you have excellent communication skills in order to convey complex issues in an addressable and comprehensible manner.
