We are looking for a nursing specialist (m/w/d) in internal medicine for our location in Eckernförde Individual care and documentation: You ensure qualified and individual care within the framework of the care process, perform it, monitor it and document the measures taken. Quality measures and optimization: You are actively involved in the implementation, evaluation and optimization of quality assurance measures and in the improvement of the processes in our clinic. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You are part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and work closely with other professional groups. Own implementation of measures: You ensure a qualified and individual care of the patients and carry out medically prescribed measures independently and patient-oriented. Training and promotion: You are involved in promoting and co-organizing the practical training of our trainees
