Property Manager Building Cleaning (m/f/d)

As a reinforcement of our team, we are now looking for an object manager (m/w/d) who, as a manager of cleaning in the houses, is to direct the team of maintenance cleaning, so that the patients always feel comfortable and the renunciation in the houses remains at the best any time.

You are responsible for the permanent optimization and further development of our high cleaning and hygiene standards at the clinic location You always have a look at the smooth operation of the cleaning day at the site You guide your team with a professional way and make sure it feels comfortable in a motivating working environment Regular inspections ensure the quality of our services offered and thus contribute to patient satisfaction

Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a glass and building cleaner*in (m/w/d) and/or experienced professional experience in a similar position with personnel management You have a pronounced proactive organizational talent paired with enforcing and presentation skills Good knowledge of German, the safe handling of current MS Office applications and your awareness of everyday hygiene standards and regulations complete your profile
