Elettronica GmbH (ELT) is a medium-sized company of the Elettronica Group, which has for over 40 years set up the Bundeswehr for the electronic warfare. ELT develops engineering solutions and offers services for the Bundeswehr, European armed forces and industrial customers. Our core competencies include the development of radar/EW test/simulation systems, the integration of sensors in military and safety-relevant environments, as well as the production of EW systems for the Eurofighter and NH90 helicopters of the Deutsche Marine.

INNOVATION MANAGER ELECTRONIC WARFARE & TRAINING SYSTEMS (GN)

Your future task:

• Business development in the company portfolio of electromechanical production of components/subsystems for electronic fighting (EloKa) as well as test, training and evaluation systems
• Identification and Ensuring Participation in Research Programmes (Germany, European Union, NATO)
• Establishment, maintenance and strengthening of a R&D network with universities, R&D institutions and companies
• Analysis of business trends, customer needs and competition as well as influence on market requirements
• Assessment of the latest trends and new technologies to ensure the company's competitiveness
• Sales support for business development activities/offering management in close cooperation with the team ELT
• Influence on marketing and product development
• Establishment and promotion of cooperation within the ELT group i.e. research & development, e.g. joint initiatives/projects
• Technical advice from customers and sales staff

That's why you fit us:

• Study of news technology, computer science or a similar course
• Experience in engineering or as technical sales for military (sub) systems, knowledge in radar/HF/EW technology are desirable
• Military (operative) expertise, preferably in an EW function within Heer, Marine, Air Force
• Joy in building customer and partner networks, cooperation within the ELT group, and with state institutions and industrial partners
• Creation and implementation of presentations before customers, industrial partners and management
• Flowing German and English knowledge, other languages welcome
