Training & Qualification: Independent implementation of specialist, system, product and communication training in presence, hybrid and online formats Advice: Close cooperation with the departments and ensuring a sustainable knowledge transfer Training management: organisation and administration of training measures including appointment and participant management Concept: Creation and further development of training documents, guides and practical learning materials Digital Learning: Development of digital learning formats such as e-learnings and web-based trainings (e.g. Articulate Rise 360) Release management: Processing of payment authorizations and letter releases in the training environment Project work: cooperation in cross-departmental projects and active participation of new topics Knowledge Transfer: You work in new topics (e.g. service or sales topics) with a need-oriented and self-contained basis and use them in trainings according to the target groups.

commercial training, for example as a businessman for insurance and finance, an economic study or a comparable qualification Experience in car damage processing, ideally also in private liability Interest in insurance issues and liability bases First experiences in training, coaching or knowledge transfer are welcome, but no need Joy to inspire people and moderate groups Knowledge of the damage regulation system Guidewire are advantageous Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Very good German knowledge and good English skills
