In-house technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Implementation of minor repairs and maintenance work (electric, sanitary, painting, etc.)
• the supervision and control of technical facilities in the Buildings
• Support for renovation work
• Support and control of foreign service providers

Your profile:

• Successfully completed industrial and technical training desirable, but not absolutely necessary
• Professional experience as a master (m/w/d) or in a comparable position
• Basic knowledge of electrical and sanitary installation of advantage
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Class B licence
