We are looking for a homologation engineer (m/w/d) in the vicinity of vehicle technology at the Nuremberg site as soon as possible. The position is now full-time.

The following challenges await you as a homologation engineer (m/w/d):

• Responsibility for the homologation of motors, electric drives and battery systems
• Participation in development and customer projects to obtain type-approvals in close cooperation with sales and engineering
• Application and submission of approval documents to national and international authorities to ensure product compliance
• Advising development departments on requirements and processes as part of the certification of new drive technologies and battery systems
• Planning, organisation and monitoring of type checks in cooperation with technical services and regulatory authorities
• Care and management of homologation-relevant documents in specialized database systems

Your profile:

• They have a degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• They bring enthusiasm for technology and conformity of drive systems with
• They analyse complex rules securely and implement them in development and documentation
• You are interested in new drive technologies (e-drive, hybrid, battery) and their regulatory requirements
• You work independently, structured and team-oriented
• You have experience in handling database systems
• Local service trips do not pose a problem for you
• Very good professional knowledge of German and English in word and writing for use in an international work environment complete your profile
