You develop the interfaces, processes and guidelines for the uniform handling of data, models and databases You introduce new methods for testing and optimizing data and support colleagues in the application In implementing new software and the development of data models, you can You coordinate all the areas involved in data quality and data updating You support the relevant departments in formulating their data requirements and then implement them You are a key contact for data analysis, evaluations and reports You take over the coordination of requirements with IT

You have successfully completed training as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration, specialist informatics (m/w/d) for data and process analysis or alternative training in the IT environment You are ideally already bringing professional experience in real estate You have very good knowledge databases and analysis tools You have good knowledge of SAP systems and the real estate-relevant modules You have good knowledge of commercial software (Office applications, Autodesk REVIT) You draw your attention through a solution-oriented, strong, structured and independent work You bring entrepreneurial thinking and action, high service and cost awareness You have pronounced communicative skills and a self-confident appearance You bring a high level of creativity and creative skills JOBV1_EN
