Career-Integrated Studies - B.Sc. Business Transformation & Informatics (m/f/d)

Your professional role in the company: You plan and develop our organizational structures and manage their technical integration into the IT landscape. You control projects and product management and coordinate the implementation of new processes. You enter specialist applications and care bank master files in the system agree21BAP. You moderate as a central interface between external IT service providers and our internal departments. You optimise credit-related processes and actively shape their technical mapping. Your studies at ADG Business School: You complete your Bachelor of Science within 3 years in a modern blended learning concept. You will take part in 3 presence blocks (about 18 days in total) at the attractive Schloss Montabaur site per semester. You use the granted free spaces during working hours efficiently for your self-study and preparation of your exams. You transfer scientific findings from the lectures directly to our bank-internal projects.

You have completed university studies, ideally in the fields of business informatics, business administration with a focus on finance or a comparable IT-related study programme. You already have a sound knowledge or first practical experience in banking, financial services or IT (ideally a combination of both). You master the basics of business and have a strong understanding of IT-based processes. You think workflow-oriented, love complex problems and have a high analytical competence. You are characterized by communicative strength and the ability to work both independently and in the team in a targeted manner.

Student financing: We will take over two thirds of your tuition fees. Flexibility: Work modern with up to 3 days of mobile work per week – suitable for your learning phases.
